- Description:
- The purpose of the contract is to purchase URVE (verified emission reduction unit) carbon credits for the purpose of contributing to carbon neutrality. These carbon credits will make it possible to identify and support projects contributing to carbon neutrality financed by FRANCE 2023 at the international level. The characteristics as well as the conditions of performance of the expected services are specified in the special administrative clauses (CCAP). The functional and technical specifications are indicated in the special technical clauses book (CCTP). The Contract takes the form, per lot, of a mixed multi-attribute framework agreement with no minimum and with a maximum amount in value of 15,000,000 euros. The number of successful bidders for each lot is set at 5, if the number of tenders received allows it. Otherwise, the framework agreement will be single-attribute.
