This consultation also applies articles R 2172-35 to R. 2172-38 of the CCP, namely the obligation to take into account energy impactsand environmental standards of motor vehicles over their entire lifespan, by setting technical specifications relating to the energy and environmental performance of these vehicles, formulated with reference to the standard EURO 6 in force and in accordance with articles R. 2111-4 to A.2111-11 of the CCP.
