Description:
This mono-attribute framework agreement with subsequent markets concerns the acquisition of light vehicles (of the sedan and utility type) on behalf of the city of Troyes. In accordance with article L.2113-10 of the public procurement code, the services are broken down into 4 lots Defined as follows: in application of article R2113-1 of the public procurement code, economic operators can tender for all lots. The aforementioned lots can be assigned to a single economic operator. This public market will be concluded in the form of a Mono-attribute framework agreement with subsequent markets. The holder will be consulted whenever a need, which is part of this framework agreement, will occur for the buyer. In accordance with the provisions of article R2162-4-2 of the public procurement code, the framework agreement is concluded with An annual maximum of: lot n 1: light vehicles with used electric motorization; € 100,000 HT Lot n 2: Light Utility vehicles with used electric motorization; € 50,000 excl.
