- Competition is carried out in the form of an adapted procedure open in application of article R. 2123 -1 3 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to 2 mono-attributing framework agreements, without minimum and with maximum defined by lot, executing by successive emission of vouchers Orders. Each market is concluded for an initial period of one year from its date of notification and may be renewed per period of one year - the maximum number of renewals is set to three for each of the lots. Lot 1- Hygiene and maintenance of premises - Inter training courses 130,000.00 euros HT Maximum for a period of 1 year Lot 2 - Hygiene and maintenance of premises - Intra training courses 50,000.00 euros HT maximum for a period of 1 year
