Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
Each lot will be awarded separately.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.
The maximum amount over the total duration of the contract is 2,080,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from 06/08/2026. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years.
In accordance with article D.314-128 of the Education Code, textbooks and their instructions for use, as well as exercise books and practical workbooks which supplement them, are considered school books, within the meaning of the fourth paragraph of article 3 of the law of August 10, 1981 on books. or the sets of sheets which replace it, regularly used in the context of primary, secondary and preparatory education for the grandes ecoles as well as training for the higher technician certificate, and designed to respond to a program previously defined or approved by the interested ministers.
The class or level of education must be printed on the cover or title page of the book.
