Description: The laboratory is looking for equipment to perform the characterization of lipid and inorganic nanoparticles under specific conditions:- Measurement of the size and polydispersity of solutions of lipid nanoparticles, solutions of inorganic nanoparticlesand hybrids with high accuracy using dynamic multi-angle light scattering spectroscopy.- Measure the surface charge (zeta potential) of lipid nanoparticle solutions, inorganic nanoparticle solutions, and hybrid solutions usinglight scattering spectroscopy by electrophoresis.- Measure the molecular weight of lipid nanoparticle solutions, inorganic nanoparticle solutions and hybrid solutions.- Measure the particle concentration of lipid nanoparticle solutions, inorganic nanopinorganic nanoparticle solutions and hybrid solutions. - Capable of detecting particles with a size between 2 and 2000 nm.- To be delivered within 2 months- Within a budget of 72,000 EUR.Context:The IAB is an internationally renowned institute in biomedical researchfundamental and translational ale located on the Grenoble health site.
