Description:
The City wishes to acquire for the Directorate of Technical and Environmental Services, small electrical equipment. This market is launched in the form of the framework agreement, without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of orders, with a delivery in competition during the allocation of order. The maximum expenditure for these services is set at € 70,000.00 H.T per year. Total maximum expenses for these services over 3 years: € 210,000.00 H.T. This framework agreement will be awarded to two (2) holders subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers. These 2 companies Will be submitted in competition when ordering by means of a quote request sent by email or by mail in which the price, the maximum delivery of supplies will be requested. The framework agreement begins on its date of notification. Its duration is set at 12 months. He is renewable twice per express renewal for a period of 12 months. The total duration of the framework agreement is set at 36 months.
