Description:
The purpose of the consultation is: Purchase of DOCUMENTS IN ALL MEDIA FOR THE SAINT-JOSEPH MEDIA LIBRARY (BOOKS - AUDIO CD - DVD - vinyls - VIDEO GAMES) - Year 2026. The services include a single tranche and are divided into 9 lots designated in article 1.2 of the CCP. Each of the lots will be subject of a separate contract. The form chosen is that of the framework agreement executed by means of purchase orders in application of articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This is a single-award framework agreement. These lots as well as their amounts excluding tax, for the initial period of the market as well as for each renewal period if applicable, are defined as follows: - Lot 1 "Books for ADULTS AND ADOLESCENTS: fiction, documentary (Printed book - audio book & digital book)": minimum amounts 8,000 excluding VAT and maximum 32 000 excluding tax; - Lot 2 Books for YOUTH: fiction, documentary (Printed book - audio book & digital book): minimum amounts 6,000 excluding tax and maximum 24,000 excluding tax; - Lot 3 "LOCAL FUNDS: adults, adolescents, youth (Printed book - Comics - audio book & digital book)": amounts minimum 1,500 excluding VAT and maximum 6,000 excluding VAT;- Lot 4 COMIC COMICS (Classic): adults, adolescents, youth (Printed book - audio book & digital book): minimum amounts 1,000 excluding VAT and maximum 30,000 excluding VAT;- Lot 5 "COMIC COMICS (Manga, Comics): adults, adolescents, youth (L...
