Description:
The market concerns the purchase, the implementation, the connections, the equipment tests as well as the training of 4 staff in the production and first -level maintenance of a blowing extrusion line. The proposed equipment can be new or from a retrofting respectingcurrent security standards. The supplier is authorized to offer variants respecting, at least, the clauses explained below. - The line will be delivered equipped with a tool without complexity of a volume ranging from 200 to 500 ml. - Variation of the thickness of the parison. - Movementpendulum allowing a production with two molds. - Decarottage of passes and parts of parts Option: The two molds can make two different productions simultaneously with dedicated steering remarks: - The evacuation of production will be done from the bottom of the extruder using a carpetRemovable conveyor (supplied with the equipment) - The adjustment parameters and other functions will be protected by several levels of access codes, for example: user, adjuster, supervisor, maintenance, ... - Main transformed raw material: PEHD. - CE marking - all plans,Electric, hydraulic, tire circuits, parts reference files, will be provided. - The different supports: paper, digital, piloting screen,…, will be in French.
