Description:
The purpose of this market is to buy and maintain work clothing clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment for the municipality of Bezons (95870) and its Communal Social Action Center (CCAS).
In accordance with the provisions of article L.2113-10 of the code of the codePublic order, the objects objects of this public market are broken down into six (6) lots, which will each constitute a own market, namely:
- Lot n 1 "Supply of work clothes"
- Lot n 2 "Supply of footwear"
- Lot n 3 "Supply of personal protective equipmentand accessories "
- Lot n 4" Supply of work clothes and ceremony and footwear for the public tranquility service "
- Lot n 5" Supply of personal protective equipment and accessories for the public tranquility service "
- Lot n 6" Maintenance of clothes ofWork of the Public Tranquility Service "
The candidates can present an offer for one or more lots.
This market has passed on the basis of a formalized procedure, of the open tenders type, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2124-1, R.2124-1 and R.2124-2 of the code of the codepublic order.
The market takes the form of a mono-attribute framework agreement with order formal, in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code.
