Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to purchase domestic and professional household appliances, accessories and associated consumables as well as the provision of curative maintenance services.
Supplies and services, objects of this framework agreement, meet current needs of the Urban Community of Grand Reims, the city of Reims, the Communal Center for Social Action of the City of Reims, the Caisse des Schools in the City of Reims and the Higher School of Art and Design of Reims and to the possible needs of other members at the Purchase Center.
It breaks down In 4 lots. The candidate has the possibility of teaching for one or more lots. It will be concluded with a single economic operator per lot.
This framework agreement is established for a period of 48 months from its date of notification and as soon as possible on October 18, 2025.
Without prejudice to the provisions Items 38 and following of the CCAG-FCS, he can be terminated at the anniversary date by decision of the Purchase Central notified to the holder by mail/email with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the maturity of the current period. This denunciation does not entitle any compensation to the holder.
