Description:
This contract concerns the purchase and delivery of office supplies and virgin envelopes for the city and the CCAS of Bouguenais. For each of the lots, this is a framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator fixing all the contractual stipulations, in accordance with the articles R2162-1 et seq. Of the aforementioned code, and executed as you emission order orders under the conditions set out in articles R2162-13 and following of the same code. For lot n 1, the market is concluded for an annual minimum amount of 8,000 euros excl. Euros HT. For lot n 2, the market is concluded for a maximum annual amount of 10,000 euros excl. The framework agreement is concluded from January 1, 2026, or from the date of notification if it is later, until December 31, 2026. It will be tacitly renewable for the calendar year 2027, then For the calendar year 2028, then for the calendar year 2029 without exceeding a total duration of 4 years.
