Description:
This is a multi-attribute framework agreement that does not fix all contractual stipulations and giving rise to the conclusion of subsequent markets under the conditions set out in articles R2162-7 to R2162-12 of the Public Order Code.
Competition of holders of this framework agreementwill be implemented under the conditions set out in article R2162-10 of the Public Order Code (CCP) to the occurrence of each need.
Holders of the framework agreement must submit an offer to each rendering markets based on the framework agreement.
The candidates for whom the framework agreementWill be awarded have no guarantee to effectively conclude the markets concluded on the basis of this framework agreement
The multi-attribute framework agreement with subsequent markets, is concluded without minimum and with a maximum annual of 100,000 euros excl.
As an indication and provisional, the annual amountestimated purchases is 50,000 euros excl.
The terms not covered by the framework agreement which will be subject to competition are:
- The technical specifications of the products
- The quantities
- The prices
- The delivery times
- The % minimum of recycled materials of the products
