This is a framework agreement with mono-attribute order form concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 1,400,000 Euro (s) excl. The needs concern the purchase of advertising spaces and the media council with the supply of a planning media (strategic analysis, proposal for aMedia and/or out of media plan), for the promotion operations of the Department of Vendee. Depending on the nature of the subject or the geographic position of the event, spaces can be purchased in various general or specialized media: press, radio, television, cinema, telephone directory,Internet and digital or advertising panels. The services may also concern communication outside the media (street marketing operations, etc.)
