Description:
This contract is part of a global resorption project for insalubre housing (RHI) in Heimersdorf, a commune located in the canton of Altkirch, through the creation of 3 chalets, 8 rental family land (TFL) and 7 plai dwellings to offer around fifty people sedentary nomads of the municipality a suitable housing offer. All households live in the immediate vicinity of the grip of this project, located approximately 500 meters from the urbanized area of the village and whose access is made by the RD 432. The duration of the site is 18 to 24 months. Upstream of this Definitive rehousing, the commune of Heimersdorf provides for a temporary rehousing in used mobile homes for 24 households, whose current habitat will have to be demolished. The duration of this rehousing in mobile homes is provided for the duration of the site. The contract has a firm section on The purchase of 16 mobile homes "4 seasons" used and an optional tranche relating to the purchase of 8 mobile homes "4 seasons" used.
