This consultation concerns:
Punctual hotel accommodation and short duration of people accompanied by children and families in difficulty - years 2026-2029
Since January 1, 2017, the Center Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) in Toulouse ensures the management of the integrated reception service andof the SIAO (SIAO) unique in Haute-Garonne, integrating the insertion component.
As part of the emergency component, the SIAO allows the service of the emergency number 115 to use hotel nights to ensure the immediate shelter of people without shelter in a situation of great vulnerability andDistress, in particular women victims of domestic violence.
To this end, a multi -year convention of objectives relating to the single SIAO was signed between the CCAS
of Toulouse and the State, competent for the establishment of a social watch system responsible for welcoming
people withoutShelter or distress, to carry out an first evaluation of their situation and to orient them
