- The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders in application of the articles of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1Ā°, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2113-1 to R. 2113-3, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Order Code public. The contract is concluded for a period of one year from its notification date, tacitly renewable three times per period of one year, without its total duration exceeding four years. The market is broken down into 2 lots within the financial limits following: Lot 1 - Production of the internal newspaper: Without minimum annual amount Maximum annual amount: 30,000 euro(s) excluding tax Lot 2 - Printing and delivery of the internal newspaper: Without minimum annual amount Maximum annual amount: 30,000 euro(s) excluding tax. For execution of lot nĀ°1: layout based on a model, compliance with the graphic charter, mastery of desktop publishing software (DTP): Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. For the printing and delivery of batch no. 2: printing imprim'vert or PEFC paper, respecting four-color calibration, shaping, packaging and delivery 5 days after proof. No negotiations will be possible within the framework of this consultation
