- Lot No. 03 follows consultations for the preliminary and anticipated work (installation of the camp, fences, empowerment of certain premises of the center and assembly of scaffolding), and is positioned before the calls for tenders for the rest of the "general" works. This batch of Asbestos Removal - Lead Removal - Cleaning - Reuse aims to eliminate some of the materials, particularly those containing asbestos and lead, as part of the "Pompidou 2030" renovation project. It includes the removal of PICAL panels from facades, heat insulation, joints, leaded paint, boxes of mixing, and contaminated networks, as well as the decontamination of metal structures to allow their reuse. The work, carried out on an unoccupied site and under strict confinement (levels 1 to 3), requires additional investigations to remove the reservations from the diagnosis, in particular in plenums and technical areas. The methodology combines robotic dismantling, scraping, THE vacuuming, and high-pressure cleaning, with rigorous waste management through approved channels. This service, phased and coordinated with the other lots, is essential to secure the construction site and prepare the future developments of the building.
