- The services of the framework agreement with purchase orders are carried out by issuing successive purchase orders as required. Each purchase order specifies the services described in the framework agreement whose execution is requested and determines the quantity. Minimum and maximum amounts are: - Minimum annual amount excluding tax: EUR 3,000.00. - Maximum annual amount excluding tax: EUR 100,000.00. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification. The contract may be subject to 3 renewals without its total duration exceeding 4 ans.
