DEEP FOUNDATIONS RETAINING VRD GENERAL EARTHWORKS LARGE FLOCKING WORK WOOD FRAME AND FACADES SEALING INTERIOR JOINERY PARTITIONS LINING FALSE CEILINGS SCREEDS SOFT FLOOR COVERINGS - HARD FLOORS - WALL COVERINGS PAINT DEVICES ELEVATORS HEATING VENTILATION SANITARY PLUMBING GREEN SPACES PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS The purpose of this consultation is the construction of 2 buildings of 68 collective housing units in the La Sauvegarde district located on Avenue de la Sauvegarde in Lyon. 9th. The work is divided into 17 technical lots handled in separate trades. Lots no. 6, 8 and 15 are the subject of another consultation. The planned start of the construction site is scheduled for: JULY 2026. Overall operation time, all batches combined: 25 months, preparation period included (2 months) from the site start-up service order.
