Description:
The community has defined the consistency of services which constitute the community transport network. It ensures under control the urban lines, transport on urban demand (TAD U) and has chosen to entrust the execution of the transport service on demand in rural areas (TAD R) according to the Technique of purchase of the framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, without minimum and with a maximum of 80,000 euros H.T. for its total duration. It will be executed by means of purchase orders. The execution of the framework agreement will start from September 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025. The Period from the date of notification until the start of execution of new contracts will allow - in the event of any change of economic operators - to the attributors to organize in particular, in terms of vehicle orders and personnel transfer. It is specified that these operators will not be remunerated during this transitional period and that no service will be executed
