- Public spaces development - NPNRU Roubaix - Epeule - Place Colisee sector and boulevard de la Limit. The areas concerned by the work are Place du Colisee, Place de l'Abrevoir, rue de l'Epeule (sidewalks and roads), between rue des Arts and rue du Grand Chemin and Boulevard From the limit, between two roundabouts bordering the neighborhood. The work to be carried out is VRD, public lighting, plantations and green spaces.
Roads, sanitation and various networks
Redevelopment of the forecourt of the Colosseum, earthworks/reconstruction of sidewalks and the roadway, demolition of 2 ramps for access to the boulevard crossing gateway of the limit as well as the abolition of central media and redevelopment of the roads
