Description: The purpose of the concession is to entrust an operator the operation of the public transport service by ROPAX vessels (freight and passengers) between Dieppe and Newhaven.The minimum service requested is to ensure 3 rotations / day, from May 1 to 30 September, and 2 rotations / day from October 1st to April 30th, or about 1690 crossings / year.
