Description:
The purpose of the contract is to entrust, under the conditions defined below, to the concessionaire the exploitation of the service, including: the design, the realization and the financing of all the works necessary for the implementation of the urban heating service on the perimeter of the concession including: Ola creation of the distribution network, if necessary, the supply and installation of the technical equipment of the extra-assistance driver; Namely: Complete ol'onnagement (work and equipment) of the premises housing the subsidians of subscribers; Otoutes The operations necessary for the connection to the primary network of heating and DHW production facilities of each subscriber. OLS Fluid and utility connection, mechanical reception tests, performance control of all installations, OLA Put in services, OS OLS Production, OLA Production, by subcontracting companies under its responsibility for all of the documentation and guarantees associated with the works (doe, duio, guarantee certificates, ...).
