- The delegate must ensure the following services:
- the exploitation, the maintenance, the surveillance, the maintenance of all the works of the public drinking water service made available by the community;
- a programmed renewal validated by the community each year thanks to thePower of control over the execution of the contract;
- Annual interview operations clearly identified independently of the programmed renewal;
- an unscheduled renewal up to the needs of the service validated by the community;
- For an incidental, a work fund allowingIt is up to the community to carry out urgent work;
- The continuity of the service including in particular the establishment of a penalty service that can be contacted in an emergency twenty-four time on twenty-four (24 hours a day), 365 days per year;
- Update hold of the inventory of material heritageand immaterial service;
- The collection and valuation of information relating to the operation of the installations and the execution of the service;
- The processing of declarations of work near networks;

- Information to theCommunity of any incident or problem that occurred in the framework of follow-up;
