- The delegate must provide the following services: - operation, maintenance, monitoring, maintenance of all works in the public drinking water service made available by the community; - a scheduled renewal validated by the community each year thanks to thepower of control on the execution of the contract; - clearly identified annual interview operations regardless of the programmed renewal; - a renewal not programmed up to the needs of the service validated by the community; - as an accessory, a work fund allowingthe community to carry out urgent work; -the continuity of the service including in particular the establishment of a penalty service which can be contacted in an emergency twenty-four hours out of twenty-four (24 hours a day), 365 days per year; - Update of the inventory of material heritageand immaterial service; - the collection and enhancement of information relating to the operation of the installations and the execution of the service; - the treatment of work declarations near networks; - all of the data on the water France site; - Information atCommunity of any incident or problem which occurred in the framework of follow -up; - a permanent obligation of advice to the community; - a permanent alert duty to the community of any potential risk likely to bring the responsibility of the latter, as soon as it...
