The delegated rights-of-way are located on the ports of Pont Neuf, Bec, Champs and Pikes and concern, regardless of the port, fishing activities (coastal and on foot), oyster farming and pleasure boating. Overall, the 4 Ports Total 427 Berths On Booms, 7 Slipways And 168 Bythose.The Department Delegates At The Risks And Perils Of The Delegatee, Who Accepts It, The Management, Operation, Upkeep, Maintenance As Well As The Development Of The Infrastructures And Superstructures Of The Ports And Activities Above. In this context, the delegate will have the right to collectObtain from Users Revenue from the Operation of the Ports and the Delegated Service. An Entry Fee of an Estimated Amount of 75,500 Euro(s) Is Requested from the Delegatee. The Contract Is Concluded As of January 1, 2024 , Or Of A Later Date Depending On The Notification Of The International Contractrvenue, And Runs Until December 31, 2038, At Midnight, Without Being Able To Exceed A Duration Of 15 Years
