Description:
The Municipality benefits from the concession of natural beaches located on its territory. As such, it is authorized to occupy part of the concessioned space to install and operate activities intended to meet the needs of the public seaside service. 03lots of beaches have been identifieds and the Municipality has decided to entrust its operation to third parties within the framework of public service delegation agreements (DSP).
Nautical center beach - Villeneuve Loubet
Total area: 368 square meters / Length: 16 ml This lot will be reserved exclusively for the holding of nautical activitiesby the rental of motorized watercraft and the provision of activities related to this object. The service provider must provide proof, throughout the duration of the subcontract, for itself and its staff, of all authorizations, diplomas and declarations necessary for its activities. Exploitation will be authorizedeated each year at most from March 15 to November 15. Only demountable or transportable equipment and installations that do not have any element capable of anchoring them permanently to the ground will be permitted. The remuneration of each delegate will be ensured, in a substantial manner, by the resultsatts of the operation of the public service for which he will be responsible. Exploitation will be done at one's own risk. In return for making the public domain available, each subcontractor will pay the Municipality a fixed annual fee.
