- The City wishes to entrust, by a contract concession of service of type delegation of public service within the meaning of the provisions of articles L. 1411-1 et seq. Of the CGCT and R. 1411-1 et seq. Of the CGCT, thus of article L. 1121-3 and in the third part of the public procurement code, from the bus station and the adjoining work park.
The perimeter of the delegated services therefore includes in summary:
- the management and operation of the parking lot of the Gare park on the duration of the contract;
- management and operation of the bus station over the duration of the contract;
- Maintenance, the renewal and renovation of equipment and works
