The exhibition center, made up of exhibition halls, a reception-restaurant-conference building, an external event zone and a storage hall, is an attractive equipment whose exploitation and animation require a specific skill and professional experience.M2A therefore wishes to entrust its management within the framework of a public service delegation
public service concession for the exploitation of the exhibition center
The agreement will be intended to entrust it with the following general obligations:
- The care and the complete operation of the Equipment;
- Promotion and communication linked to the exploitation of equipment;
- Administrative and financial management;
- The collection of revenue on users;
- Safety of facilities and users according to the regulations in force;
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standardsand all of the regulatory technical controls necessary;
- the perfect state of cleanliness of the works, installations and goods entrusted dedicated to the operation;
- general maintenance, current maintenance and renewal of the works, installations and goods entrusted dedicated to exploitationIncluding in particular:
o The precise definition of the concessionaire's obligations in matters of maintenance;
o Maintaining in perfect condition of operation of the works and their supply of fluids;
