- Public service delegation for the operation of the ILEO aquatic center The Dealer manages the equipment at its own risk. He will have to manage the equipment, respecting all the desired vocations: school (initiation, apprenticeship), leisure (fun, relaxation), sports (fitness and health, performance, etc.). It will ensure maximum user safety, within the legal and regulatory conditions in force. Generally speaking, the Dealer will be primarily responsible for: welcoming users (public, schools, associations and sports clubs) and day-to-day management; the animation, marketing and promotion of the Aquatic Center in all its dimensions (swimming pool area, fitness area, balneotherapy area, water park) ; operate all service activities ancillary to the delegated public service, such as the sale of products related to the aquatic sector or the installation of vending machines. The Dealer will also ensure administrative operation, technical, commercial and financial of the service at its own risk, and in particular in this respect: the takeover of the staff of the current delegatee in application of article L. 1224-1 of the labor code and, where applicable, the recruitment and management of all personnel necessary to operate the service; the acquisition and renewal of the furniture necessary for operation, as defined in its offer and included in the annex to the agreement...
