Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to entrust a delegate for the management and operation of the Palestra aquatic center located in Chaumont (52-Haute-Marne).
As part of its competence, the agglomeration of Chaumont has implemented the construction of a multi-activity complex named Palestra.This complex includes on the one hand, an aquatic center also with playful spaces and well-being, and on the other hand, for information, a multipurpose room of event-spectacle. A space common to the different equipment allows access to the entire complex. The work hasbeen carried out in public contracting authority.
The Palestra complex opened its doors on July 14, 2021. Since its opening, the management of the equipment has been ensured under management for the sports and cultural complex and by delegated management for the aquatic center. In this context, a delegationpublic service was concluded for a period of 5 years from July 14, 2021 and the contract will expire on July 13, 2026.
