Description:
The town of Pouilly-les-Nonains currently manages a collective creche Le Jardin aux Calins.
The creche has an approval for the reception of 24 children aged 0 to 4, divided into different sections (babies, means, large).
By deliberation dated July 1, 2025, the municipality decided to concede the management of its creche as part of a public service dealership (ex DSP) in order to retain a third party whose mission will be the management and operation of the Le Jardin Creche.
As an indication: insofar as Roannais Agglomeration exercises small competence Childhood in place of the municipalities of its territory with the exception of the municipality of Pouilly-les-Nonans, in the event of the extension of the perimeter of the competence in order to include the municipality, this service concession contract would automatically be transferred to Roannais Agglomeration which would become The new conceder and is responsible for monitoring the execution of the contract.
The purpose of the concession contract will be the management and exploitation of the previously quoted creche, located at 52, rue de Montgivray in Pouilly-les-Nonains 42155 (Loire).
An enlargement was carried out in 2013 of the structure which is of a total area of 354 m2
