- The Delegate must, within the framework of the missions entrusted to him:
- manage technically, administratively, financially and commercially the aquatic center facilities;
Besides animation of the aquatic center, the delegatee must also seek synergies with other leisure, sporting, cultural or tourist facilities existing in the living area
- Seek synergies with real estate agencies, holiday centers, accommodation providers, tour operators, Chatel reservation, the Portes du Soleil Association, the company operating the ski lifts and any other tourist operator in the municipality (e.g. creating packaged products for aquatic activities and accommodation, etc.)
The scope of the missions is developed in article 5 of the draft contract.
