Description:
The procedure aims at the award of a public service concession contract within the meaning of article L1411-1 of the general code of local authorities and L1121-1 of the public procurement code relating to the exploitation, maintenance and large maintenance-renewal of two aquatic centers Located in Le-Controis-en-Sologne and Faverolles-sur-Cher.
The operation is entrusted for 60 months from the date of provision of aquatic centers, after a period of tile with the previous contract.
For one of the aquatic centers, the maintenance and ger missions will be Distributed with the holder of a partnership contract under conditions fixed by the concession contract.
In order to compensate for the various operating constraints which will be imposed on it, the contract may also provide, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 2224-2 1 of the CGCT, the payment, by the community to the delegate, of detailed compensation to the draft contract.
