Description:
The purpose of the contract is to entrust the exploitation of the UVE de Pithiviers to a delegate.
The contract entrusts the delegate, at its risk and peril, a global mission of treatment of household and assimilated non -dangerous waste, within the limits of the capacities of the installation, in accordance with regulatory prescriptions and in total compliance with prefectural decrees. He is also responsible for energy valuation (heat and electricity), as well as the management of by-products from incineration.
The delegate mobilizes the human and technical resources necessary to The execution of the service, in accordance with the principles of continuity, adaptability and equal access to the public service.
The nature and detail of the delegated services and the respective obligations of the Delegant and the Delegate authority as well as the means made available to the latter are specified in the DCE parts
