Description:
The dealers will be responsible for welcoming the toilets who will be entrusted to them by the city. They will ensure the cleanliness of the premises to maintain hygiene. They will be remunerated mainly by the perception of a fee with users of the public service andIncidentally on the sale of bottled water, fruit juice or soda and accessory products (unit hygiene items, small souvenir objects, swimming pool materials for equipment by the sea, ...). For a more precise description of the toilets, the candidates will referto the regulation of the consultation. The City grants dealers a monthly endowment for specific public service constraints (timetables, different free taxes and opening frequencies) that candidates will set under the conditions indicated in the consultation file(Cf. Article 5.2 of the RC) and as part of which they will be put in competition.
