• Public service delegation agreement of the leasing type, the purpose of which is to entrust to the delegatee, at his own risk, the operation, upkeep, maintenance, promotion and development... The missions entrusted to the delegatee, described in a manner exhaustive in Article 19 of the draft Contract, are, in summary, the following: - The management, operation, development and promotion of the airport in compliance with regulations, particularly in terms of air safety; - There carrying out upkeep and routine maintenance work on the aerodrome's structures, installations and equipment; - Missions related to airport security and safety; - The operation and maintenance of all aprons and maneuvering the aerodrome and associated equipment (lighting and markings, signs, etc.); - The operation and maintenance of reception facilities for air users of the aerodrome and its visitors; - Supply of electrical energy normal and rescued from the airport; - Day and night marking of the Delegation's works, installations and equipment to meet the regulatory conditions for the safety of air navigation and the operation of the aerodrome; - There provision of fuel distribution and management of fuel stocks and associated products; - Reception of the public, surveillance of users and their safety; - Maintaining compliance with European management rules airport (EU-ADR); - Promotion of the aerodrome to current and potential users, aviation professionals and the public; - Management and value...
