The municipality conceding authority "expects from the future concessionaire a significant commitment and intends to exercise control over the operating procedures of the Equipment. This public service concession contract of the type of leverage, the principle of which was made by deliberation of the municipal council to dateFrom March 10, 2025, deliberation- DE- 100325-010 transfers the entire responsibility of the operation of the service on the operational, legal and commercial levels. Thus, the following risks are transferred to the delegate: risks linked to the damage caused to staff,third parties and goods during the operations provided by the delegate; Risks linked to operating expenses and revenue; Risks related to security and security.
