Description:
The contract relates to the operation of rail transport services for travelers.
The public service contract for the provision of rail transport services for travelers will relate to the 5 lines of balance trains in the territory (TET) in service currently or temporarilysuspended due to work on the rail network and constituting the lot C of the TET:
-Paris - Briancon;
-Paris - Nice (possibly extended according to the seasons to Ventimille);
-Paris - Aurillac (with an extension envisaged to Clermont -Ferrand) / Rodez - Albi / Toulouse;
-Paris - Latour -de -Carol / Cerbere - Port Bou / Nimes - Marseille;
The perimeter is given as an indication and susceptible to evolution. In addition,
-the daily service of certain services is not todayDecided: section between Rodez and Albi; Service Paris-CERBERE;
-Additional services, in particular cross-border, could possibly be included in the perimeter.
All 5 lines corresponds to an annual volume of circulation estimated at 4 million trains-kilometerscorresponding to an attendance of 1 billion travelers-kilometers.
Addition of additional services could bring the annual volumes to 6.7 million trains-kilometers and 2.2 billion travelers-kilometers.
