Description:
The delegatee provides continuous management of the delegated service, under the conditions set by the contract, in compliance with the regulations, rights and security of children, families and third parties, goods and premises made available to him and in perfect technical transparencyand financial. The delegate is notably responsible for executing the following missions: - A quality reception guaranteeing the security and the best development of young children in the town from 10 weeks and until schooling in nursery school; - Administrative managementand financial service; - Recruitment and personnel management (schedules, leave, training, remuneration); - risk covers linked to activity by subscription of insurance; - the acquisition of the materials necessary for the proper functioning of the structure (teaching materials,furniture); - the renewal of equipment, furniture and equipment (excluding large equipment) which can be carried out during the contract; - the development and monitoring of the educational project, which will have to provide an unrealed education, and the regulation of the structure in accordance with the indicationscommune and PMI; - the supply of meals, diapers and the implementation of all dietetic and micro biological controls provided for by the regulations and under the conditions set in the public service delegation contract; - The menus onint...
