Description:
The delegatee provides continuous management of the delegated service, under the conditions set by the contract, in compliance with the regulations, rights and security of children, families and third parties, goods and premises made available to him and in perfect technical and financial transparency. The delegate is notably responsible for executing the following missions: -A quality reception guaranteeing the security and best development of young children from the municipality and to school kindergarten; -the administrative and financial management of the service; -The recruitment and personnel management (schedules, leave, training, remuneration);-the risk covers linked to the activity by the subscription of insurance; -The acquisition of the materials necessary for the proper functioning of the structure (educational material, furniture); -The renewal of equipment, movable and equipment (excluding large equipment) which can be carried out during contracts ; -The development and monitoring of the educational project, which will have to provide an unrealed education, and the regulation of the structure in accordance with the indications of ...
