Description:
The public service delegation procedure (service concession) aims, in application of articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT), the provisions of the Public Procurement Code (in particular articles L3222 -1) and the Transport Code (cavailable on https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr), to select an economic operator in order to award it a public service contract in the form of a concession contract for the management and operation of the public passenger rail transport service relating to the so-called linesParisian servicesl-Roissy. These lines correspond to an annual traffic volume estimated at 10,900,000 train-kilometres.
The concessionaire must ensure in particular the following services: 1- the transport of people, in particular: the operation of rail traffic, the operation of trainsalternative road networks, the operation of complementary road traffic; management of interfaces with the regional Local Public Company...
