The purpose of the Public Service Delegation (Service Concession) procedure is, pursuant to Articles L. 1411-1 and following of the General Code of Local Authorities (Cgct), the provisions of the Public Procurement Code (In particular Articles L3222 -1) And the Transport Code (Consultables On Https://Www.Legifrance.Gouv.Fr), To Select An Economic Operator In Order To Award It A Public Service Contract In The Form Of A Concession Contract For The Management And Operation Of The Public Rail Transport Service Of Travelers Relating To The Lines Called "Des DesParisian Desserts". The "Parisian Desserts" Batch Includes In particular The Lines Paris Creil Amiens Calais, Paris Creil Compiegne - Saint-Quentin Maubeuge/Cambrai, Paris Laon, Beauvais-Paris And Amiens Creil Roissy And Saint-Quentin Creil Roissy.These Lines Correspond To A Volume Annual Circulations Estimated At 9,600,000 Train.Kilometers.
