A public service contract for the management and operation of the public transport network of Vienne Condrieu Agglomération, is likely to be concluded in the form of a public service delegation agreement if the deliberative body of Vienne Condrieu Agglomération decides this in 2027. Born on January 1, 2018 from the merger of ViennAgglo and the Community of communes of the Condrieu Region, the territory has 96,450 inhabitants (municipal population as of January 1, 2025) spread over 30 municipalities, 18 in Isère and 12 in the Rhône. To date Vienne Condrieu Agglomeration organizing authority of mobility on its territory, exercises this competence by means of a public service concession contract.
