Description:
This procedure concerns a public service concession within the meaning of articles L.1121-1 and L.1121-3 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) and article L.1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT). The consultation is organized in accordance with the provisions of Public Procurement Code and in particular its articles L. 3111-1 et seq. and R. 3111-1 et seq. relating to concession contracts and according to a restricted procedure.
Public service concession for the operation of the Organic Valorization Center (CVO) and the Transfer and handling (CTM) of the European Metropolis of Lille.
This is a public service concession contract within the meaning of articles L.1121-1 and L.1121-3 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) and article L.1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT).
