- Description:
- Concession contract to ensure the operation of the Narbonne composting platform with a view to recovering all of the sludge and green waste from the Community's installations. Consultation in application of articles L. 1411-1 to L. 1411-18 of the general community codeterritorial and in compliance with the provisions of articles L. 3120-1 et seq. and R. 3121-1 et seq. of the public procurement code.
The Concessionaire will have in particular, and without this list being considered exhaustive, the responsible for the following missions:
-control, advertisingmission and treatment of sewage sludge, green waste and bio-waste produced by the Community or on its territory, and intended to be treated by composting on the Installations;
- the control, admission and treatment of waste coming from third-party producers,
-current managementmaintenance and management of the Installations under its own responsibility;
- the upkeep and routine maintenance of the works, buildings and equipment constituting the Installations; admission, reception, storagemanagement and treatment on the Facilities;
-the management of refusals and discharges of all kinds from the Facilities;
-the control, conditioning, storage, marketing and removal of compost produced on the Facilities, until their evacuation ;
