Description:
The Dealer would be responsible for the following services in particular:
• The creation and updating of the approval file with the competent services within the required deadlines, and in particular:
o the definition and regular updating of the establishment project including:
- a project reception that the Dealer undertakes to implement in the equipment. It is the concrete adaptation of the reception arrangements for the equipment which the Dealer has provided as part of its offer;
- an educational project specifying the equipment's commitments to health and safety, the awakening and autonomy of children, relationships with parents, types of activities and objectives (free play, guided activities);
- a social and sustainable development project specifying the integration of the equipment into the local environment and the measures put in place to promote of sustainable development.
o the possible negotiation of a modulated approval adapted to attendance;
o carrying out all administrative procedures necessary for the opening and operation of the equipment;
• managing relations with users and informing users about the equipment and its mode of operation;
• user billing, collection of contributions and handling of unpaid debts;
• the development of the draft internal regulations;
