Description:
Public service concession for the operation of leisure receptions and holiday stays.
The city of La Roche-sur-Yon concedes, at the risk and peril of the dealer, the exploitation of seven leisure centers without accommodation (ALSH) and holiday stays, including the main ones Characteristics are described in the project of contract attached to the consultation file. The concessionaire will thus be responsible for the following main missions: ALSH management spread over 7 sites, reception on Wednesday and school holidays, catering service (meals provided By the central cuisine of the city and re -subsequent to the concessionaire), transport service allowing to connect the different ALSH sites, organization of outings, stays, with or without nights. Buildings are made available by the city. The management of this public service will be delegated for a duration of 4 years. The date of effect of the contract is scheduled for September 1, 2026.
