Description:
The concessionaire will be entrusted with the exploitation of the Golf de la Ramee, located in Tournefeuille and the Golf de Teoula, located in Plaisance du Touch, a place called Teoula.
The Golf de la Ramee is located on a wooded land in Tournefeuille, near Toulouse, and has easy access to public transport.It extends over 61 hectares and includes an 18 -hole course, a 9 -hole course, a water practice, as well as various training areas. The site also has a mini-golf, a club house with restaurant, shop, offices, changing rooms, and a seminar room.
The Golf de Teoula is expandingOn 58 hectares in a natural setting. It offers an 18 -hole course, as well as installations for initiation and improvement. The site has a complete clubhouse with offices, shop, restaurant, seminar room and technical rooms.
The dealer will have to offer amanagement and operating project aimed at strengthening the attractiveness and influence of the two sites, while promoting the development and accessibility of golf practice with different audiences.
